1. Under the leadership of the board of directors and the general manager, in charge of the company's accounting, statements, establishment of the enterprise budget system, business plans, preparation, implementation and control of the enterprise budget;
2. Organize and coordinate the matching operation of financial resources and business planning, and the formulation and implementation of the company's financial strategic planning;
3. Be responsible for making company profit plan, investment plan, financial plan, expenditure budget or cost standard;
4. Establish and improve the organization, guidance and data management system of the company's internal accounting, as well as the rules and regulations of accounting and financial management;
5. Establish internal accounting, auditing and internal control systems, improve financial governance, corporate financial control and accounting institutions, and effectively manage accounting personnel;
6. Be responsible for cash flow management, working capital management and capital budget, corporate financing management related to corporate division or merger, corporate capital change management (manager acquisition, capital structure adjustment), etc;
7. Carry out economic activity analysis together with the operation and management department, organize the preparation of the company's financial plan and cost plan, and strive to reduce costs, increase revenues and reduce expenditures, and improve efficiency;
8. Supervise the company's compliance with financial laws and board resolutions;
9. Be responsible for contacting with the finance and taxation department of the government and implementing the finance and taxation policies;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the board of directors and the general manager;
